His knack of getting social and market nuances within no-time part him distinct.  Jayant is a keen planner, strategist and proficient in rolling out new and stuck projects. Gursharan Singh is Masters in Business Administration with over 22 years of profound experience in steering & directing all aspects of Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Capacity & Business Development initiatives across varied industry segments, including Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Legal, Public Health and Technology at sub-regional and regional level. He has developed sensibilities about the Government machinery both in India and outside the country through years of extensive work with government bodies, especially in the health ministry, both at the Center and State level. He has hands on experience in FMCG business with in-depth understanding of prevailing distribution and franchisee models.

Dr. Pramod Kumar, a Social Scientist and professional with the working experience of 17 years in Community development Program in association with International as well as National level Non-governmental Organizations, Government department and Corporate (CSR). An expert of Adolescent growth and Development with focus on Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) issues, he has worked closely with them for a decade. Pramod has looked after multiple projects on women empowerment, financial inclusion with focus on skills building and entrepreneurship development for sustainable livelihood program supported by NABARD in six states of India – Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Delhi. A doctorate from University of Delhi, has led multiple  longitudinal as well as latitudinal research studies for government, International & Bilateral agencies. In his leisure, loves to move out and get new buddies.

Swati Amrit has been working sector for over 10 years on various Research and Documentation projects. The scope of the projects mostly revolved around various facets of research studies – research design, tool development, team supervision and data collection, data management, analysis and report writing. She has been associated with organizations like Save the Children, UNICEF, World Vision India, Caritas India, CARE India, Ambedkar University, New Delhi, ActionAid and UP based NGOs in health and education domain. She has flair for writing and good at converting ideas into proposal. Corporates, PSUs and Banks have been her clients. She is Masters in English Literature and Sociology.

Mr. Avinash Singh is ‘go-getter’ type of person attached to people with intricate habit of ‘look beyond options’ and ‘do-it’. A market research fellow with over decade of experience with companies like IMRB (Indian Market Research Bureau) and has wide network with people across India, primarily with young generation. With knowledge of market nuances and product mix, provides inputs in strategy formulation and product development. Quality assurance by field test and back check are his key forte. He loves to travel to remote places and this not only refreshes him but also adds revenue to company by getting new business.
